Haley Prayer Letter April-June 2015

April-June Prayer Letter 2015

Dear supporters and prayer partners,

Thank each of you for your many prayers and gracious support, I hope this letter finds each of you blessed. How can I even begin to express how much God has blessed this past quarter? First of all let me say that for anyone who may not be aware of it, Macedonia World Baptist Missions voted unanimously to partner in the ministry with me. Also in exciting news, by the grace of God I do expect to reach twenty percent of the support needed by the end of August, which is a blessing.

Concerning the survey trip I was able to take in June, it was an experience that truly demonstrated God’s hand in the ministry. From receiving the mayor’s permission to preach in the streets, which we had been told was illegal, to seeing the receptiveness of the people, God is no doubt opening the door in Ghent, Belgium. Every time we would preach, thousands would hear, while upward to a hundred people would gather to listen, and as many as ten people each night would come to ask questions, concerning the Gospel of Christ. We were able to reach people from countries and backgrounds all over the world.

I was also blessed to partner with the believers there that I preach to every week, through skype, as well as Bro. Tooley and Bro. Kamps, missionaries from England and the Netherlands. Our group came together and passed out countless tracts, I would give around 200 per night myself. We also were able to hold a street revival during the week of July 4th where we saw the true meaning of Judges 5:20 “the stars in their courses fought against Sisera”. During the week of our meeting 35,000 Jehovah’s witnesses came into the city to hold a meeting. However, God sent a record setting heat wave into the city ,that brought the people flooding out to us each night, while keeping them indoors during the day, when the Jovah’s Witnesses held their meeting. Needless to say we were outnumbered, the 8 of us versus 35,000 of them, but God sent something only He could control to give us the victory.

Please my brethren keep the ministry in your prayers, I have been laid off from my job, putting me on full-time deputation sooner than expected. It is no doubt God’s will but I still covet your prayers and thank all those who have so abundantly gave to the needs, God has used you to make this possible.

Your Brother in Christ,

Junior Haley
